Terms of Service

1. Adults only

You must be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Yumehentai. By using this service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload images of anyone under 18 — strict zero-tolerance policy
• Upload images of anyone without their consent
• Upload images of celebrities or public figures without consent
• Generate content depicting non-consensual scenarios beyond fantasy framing
• Use generated content for harassment, defamation, or commercial misrepresentation
• Attempt to bypass the 18+ gate or impersonate another user

Violations result in immediate account termination and may be reported to authorities.

3. Generated content ownership

You own the videos you generate, subject to the consent rules above. Yumehentai claims no copyright on outputs.

4. Credits & refunds

Credits are non-refundable once spent. Unused credits never expire. If a generation fails due to our system error, credits are automatically refunded. If you're unhappy with a generation, contact support — we'll review case by case.

5. Service availability

We provide Yumehentai on an "as-is" basis. Generation may occasionally fail due to GPU availability, model errors, or content-policy filters. In such cases we automatically refund credits.

6. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by emailing privacy@yumehentai.com.

7. Liability limits

Yumehentai is not liable for misuse of generated content by users. You agree to indemnify Yumehentai against any claims arising from content you generate or distribute.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be announced via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
